Majority of my clients come up with an issue that they hire web developers in India at cheap rates and they didn't work properly. There are many Freelancers and Small Company with 20-30 Employees in India. Some of them are working from home for 3-4 hours and taking ample number of projects at one time which results in either Delay in Delivering project or non quality work.
